My initial instinct is to see the world as I desire, but I have a realistic perspective; therefore, I am forced to see the world as it is. My analytical approach to societal occurrences is reflective in my writings. The writings are variations of social issues which are representative of the elements of individualism.

What a beautiful poem. I really like the rain in your photograph. π
Rain most definitely heal us and calm us down. Sometimes by feeling it on our body or hearing it hitting the house.
This poem reminds me when I was a child playing in the rain without any worries.
Thanks.
It rains here almost every day! But I miss the summer downpours that often accompanied hot weather back home. Those were definitely healing rains, as they helped to bring relief to those of us who worked outside!
I am a water sign and water has an appealing effect for me. However, I do stay away from swimming in bodies of water of any type π Downpours of rain is the most I can handle.
Jesus, bring the rain! We surely need it to make all things new and to spring forth with vigor. Let the rain penetrate our shells and cleanse our souls.
This is a beautiful, reviving poem thanks for sharing. I have just started a poetry blog here on WordPress in case you have time to look? I have also written a poem about the rain but it is not on my blog yet. Have a nice afternoon, Sam π
